Dean Keating, the AI Automation Consultant Behind Clanfield.co

The short version

- Based in Horndean, Hampshire, the neighbouring village. Not in this parish.
- Builds AI agents, installs them in your existing tools, trains your team and supports it afterwards.
- Also builds websites for trades and small businesses, and does SEO.
- The first conversation is a free call. No price list is published.
- Publishes this directory, which is why his profile is marked as our own business.

Why a village directory carries a page about its owner

On 10 October 2026 this site lists sixteen local businesses besides the publisher's own profile: three pubs, two takeaways, two estate agents, a GP practice and a pharmacy, the Co-op and the Post Office, a restaurant, a café, a dentist, a hair salon and a beauty salon. The person who runs the site also sells a service some of those owners could use. A reader should know that before following a link, so the profile is labelled and is not ranked against anyone.

Where Horndean fits

Our village guide puts the village about 2.4 miles north of Horndean, and Catherington, which has its own page here, sits between the two. That makes him a neighbour, not a local firm. The design, build and installation are done remotely, and his website says he can visit businesses in Hampshire or nearby in person if you would rather meet.

What the service is

His website calls it installed for you, not handed over. He builds an AI agent for a defined job, connects it to the email, diary, accounts or messaging you already use, shows your team how it behaves and stays on to support it.

The jobs his website lists include replying to new enquiries within minutes, day or night, and following every lead until they book or say no. They also include sending quotes and chasing the unanswered ones, booking jobs into the diary, answering common questions across email, web and WhatsApp, raising invoices, chasing late payments and producing the weekly report.

It is not a course, it is not phone answering and it is not a chatbot you subscribe to.

What his website says about him

He is described as a Shopify 10K Award winner with more than ten years in marketing, more than a million orders driven through Meta ads, and five years as a professional stand-up comedian before he moved into marketing. He has no rated Google business listing, so there are no reviews to quote here, and we have not invented any.

How a first conversation goes

There are four steps: a free call, an audit of the work worth automating, the build and install, then training and support. He starts with the single task that would make the most difference. You leave the call with a plan you can use with him or without him, and the cost is given after the call with no obligation.

What this page does not claim

No client names, no results, no turnaround times and no guarantees appear here, because none are on his website for us to repeat. If you want to see how it would work for your business, ask on the call, and ask at least one other provider the same questions.
